INTRODUCTION


The development of this planning work class, not just the lesson to be studied, allows us to set a high percentage opportunity, context, and prevent potential problems within an educational practice; It is a constant and rewarding challenge, which means, significant, and producing experiences in a sequence make an expansion of the language in a cultural and communicative vision
This portfolio is the result of the knowledge I have been acquiring in the class, Pedagogical Experience II
All the videos essays, pictures, lesson plans, etc. that you might find here, were developed or researched during this semester.
My aim with this portfolio is keeping the information I consider relevant for my formation as a teacher, believing that this information, could be consulted and even updated in the future.

Conclusion

The benefits of keeping a teaching journal are principally their use as a record of incidents, problems, and insights that occurred during lessons; information that can be shared with others, not only for the improvement and resolution guide to assertive dynamics in a particular academic or school context; but also as evidence of regular conduct exercised. First, the pedagogical practice allowed me to know different characteristics about my group of students talking about their knowledge and personalities. My students group was integrate for young people and adults, this group had several particularizes because is very homogeny, some students know basic vocabulary but others not know the English idiom, they can recognize greetings and commands. Who I am as a teacher

My teaching philosophy Professional, human and cognitive growth of a language teacher, whatever their level of preparation when it starts to teach, makes him or her participate in an educational institution and an educational abreast of current technological society, social convergence and realities in communicating to various situations.
